This competition is not open to year 4 children.
Year 5 (Tri Stars 1) – Swim 150m, Cycle 2000m, Run 1200m
Years 6-7 (Tri Stars 2) – Swim 200m, Cycle 4000m, Run 1800m
Year 8 (Tri Stars 3) – Swim 300m, Cycle 6000m, Run 2400m
All competitors will receive a race pack on the day at registration.
This will include a timing chip, coloured wrist bands and race numbers.

Shirt Logos can produce team hoodies for schools. Place your order online and have your personalised hoodies sent directly to your school or collect them at the event.
Competitors are required to bring the following equipment:
A bike which meets national safety requirements.
Tri-Suit or swimming costume with a t-shirt and shorts to put on after the swim.
A number belt (not mandatory but advisable).
*Please note the course is all off-road on grass.
The championships is for both girls and boys.
All competitors must attend an IAPS School.
Competitors may only compete in one age group throughout the competition.
Only a member of school staff, with a school email address, can book onto IAPS sports events online.
Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis.
Date of birth
The competitors age must be taken from the 1 September 2019.

The championships are conducted under the British Triathlon rules.

Once you have booked for this event, you must complete your competitors details online before the entry deadline.
The link to submit your competitors details can be found in the confirmation email sent to you immediately after booking online.
If you do not receive the confirmation email, you can log into your account via our website and re-send yourself the email.
IAPS believe that the welfare and wellbeing of all children and adults at risk attending an IAPS event is of the highest concern.

A full risk assessment is carried out between IAPS and host venues.

There will be no professional photography at any IAPS events.
Parents and spectators can take their own pictures. There is no law against taking photos at public events for personal use, including pictures of other people's children.
