IAPS FOOTBALL (BOYS)

The IAPS Sixes is a truly national event attracting participants from all four corners of the country. There have been many former Prep School boys who have made appearances in the Premier League and/or Football League.

Tournament information

Qualifying for the finals
  • Schools must enter a regional qualifier in order to qualify for the final.
  • The top teams in each will be invited to the final.

  • Age groups
  • The IAPS boys' football tournaments is for the U13 age group.

  • Team size
  • All tournaments are 6-a-side.
  • Squads of 10 players max.

  • Finals
  • Dates and locations will be confirmed in due course.

    Shirt Logos Ltd
  • The official merchandisers for IAPS, who sell branded products both online, and at events, throughout the year. All of the commission made from the merchandise is put directly back into the sports programme, to keep improving the events every year.

  • Team hoodies
  • Shirt Logos do team hoodies for schools. Place your order online and have your hoodies sent directly to your school or collect at the event.
  • Entry requirements

    Eligibility
  • All competitors must attend an IAPS School.
  • Each team should provide one non-playing boy who should report to the referee before kick-off to act as linesman.
  • Only a member of school staff, with a school email address, can enter IAPS sports events.

  • Date of birth
  • U13 - pupils must be U13 on 1 September 2018.











  • National governing body

  • The national governing body is the Independent Schools Football Association.
  • Rules and regulations

    Independant Schools Football Association
  • All IAPS football tournaments are conducted under the ISFA rules and regulations, including their ruling on gender splits within tournaments.
  • This competition allows for girls to play within the boys team, according to the FA rules and regulations. There is no limit to the number of girls who can play in the team.
  • Please read the rules and regulations in full before entering the event.

  • Team sheets
  • Schools must complete their team sheet online 2 weeks prior to the event.
  • The link to submit your competitors details will be in your confirmation email, sent to you immediately after booking online.
  • If you do not receive the confirmation email for any reason, you can log into your account via iaps.uk and re-send yourself the email.

  • IAPS Noticeboard

    We will always email and tweet any urgent information to schools regarding our events e.g. cancellations due to weather.
